Okay, why would anyone provide free servers and free cpanel software. There are a number of quality companies providing web hosting for $25 a year – domain, webspace, email ids, stats, mailing lists, etc… so maybe your best bet is to figure why whatever you’re wanting to do needs to be provided free. I DO know a site that provides free webhosting with no ads, but no cpanel.
