No site would let you upload dat big a file. If you want to send it to someone, try http://www.yousendit.com/ . It allows 1Gb uploads. But that only goes as mail and lasts for a couple of days. The best way would be to split it into many parts using an archiving tool.

You need to split that, no free site will host one file larger than 100 mb.
