Can You Recommend A Good Free Web Host?

Can anyone recommend any GOOD free web host provider?
I’m thinking about creating my own website..
Must be fairly easy to use, as I’m just starting out.
Thanks

Here is a review of the best free webhosting available right now:http://www.hostimatic.com/category/free-…
Its has no advertising, free ftp, free mysql and all the features you could possibly need for a startup website, and should also have a 99% uptime (so they say). This is as good as you will get otherwise you will have to pay.
See here for the best web hosts of 2008: http://www.hostimatic.com/category/hosti…
If you are wanting to try something out before you go full stream with it, go with the free hosting, you have nothing to lose. If you are looking to make money or offer a service from your website i would go with paid shared hosting, my personal favourite being bluehost.

Freewebs.com is good. You can use their templates for your website or you can design it yourself using HTML and CSS.
