How Do I Build A Website And Host It On The Internet For Free?

I have dreamweaver, which I am familiar with, I just need to know how to host it. If someone could give it to me step by step, that would be great, I need to know as much as possible to do it for free.

If you are serious about creating websites, don’t go for free webhosting as they are not reliable and you may end up losing all your work. They usually put ads on your websites and it could be annoying.
If you intend to create more than 1 website, go for multiple web hosting where you could handle your websites in one account.
