How Do I Find A Free Venue And Host A Fundraiser (for A Real Charity) In Second Life?

In real life, I’m doing a walk to raise money for breast cancer research (http://08.the3day.org/goto/tara) but I wanted to host a fundraiser in Second Life. How would I find a venue and get people to come to it? How would I get ad sponsors? I am still new on SL.

in the Wanted section.
The SLX Forums is active and filled with helpful people.
If you make a nice post letting people know what you need, I’m sure you will find plenty of people willing to help you out!
