How To Host A Webpage And Database At Free Of Cost?

I want to host a webpage as well as a database to collect data entered in that webpage by the viewers at free of cost. Kindly help me how to get it done??

I tried before to have the same But no luck
No free host accept MysQl,
but you may have very cheep hosting for about US$ 5 a month
so it will be US$60 a year which is not a bad deal
I am using this kind of service for about a year
if you need I may give you the links to the hosting service

search with the keywords: free webhosting mysql in google.ca or yahoo.com
then you will see many web hosting that offering free webhosting service. Choose 1 webhosting that support mysql (this is the database that helps you to collect data entered in your webpages). Of course, you will have to leave some space in your webpage for advertising from your web hosting Provider. None is FREE but at least you don’t have to pay nothing to create your website.
