How To Host Your Own Website And Domain Foor Free?

I would like to host a .com website entirely from my home network for free. I would like to know how i can do this step by step. All answers are appreciated.

You have to register a domain with a domain registrar in order to have mysite.com. However, if you are fine with a domain name like mysite.freehost.com then go get an account at http://www.dyndns.com/
to make a site you need a web server many people use Apache all you have to do is install the server software. If you don’t know how to do that (by this I mean you didn’t think to google it first before asking your question) then you should host your site with a third party host like http://www.weebly.com/ because you are no where near skilled enough to host your own server safely, you will probably get your server/computer hacked faster than you can blink

You have to register a domain name with a company. This costs money but a ridiculously small amount, like $20 probably. You can host the website from your home, however depending on the number of visitors expected to visit you site, this is not ideal.
Apache HTTP web server software is what you’ll need.

You have no way but to buy a domain name.
Don’t trust any cheap service, many of them don’t allow you to have full control on your domain name. If you’re going to buy domain names, http://www.goldpuma.com/domain is the lowest cost service which is full-featured and really works for you ($9.99 /year).
