I Own A Domain Name. Is There Anywhere That I Can Host It For Free?
Posted by: the_boz : Category: Free Hosting
I know it can be hosted on weebly, but I’m not a big fan of the site. Is there another free web hosting site that I can use my own domain name at?

Mysite.com will host it for free. It also includes email for your domain. They will show ads, but sometimes they have specials to get rid of the ads for just a few dollars per year.

Better to pay for hosting and get a good control panel to use that allows all kinds of options to work on your site.

If your current internet provider is Earthlink, AOL, SBC Global and others which provide a homepage; you can easily FTP your own webpage designs as a new homepage. And using a redirection service such as mydomain.com or the forwarding of a parked domain name at godaddy.com, you can easily “mask” the homepage URL with a proper domain name. So in a sense, you have a working ecommerce website disguised as a homepage while still paying your normal monthly Internet access and hosting fee.
Good luck!

Try awardspace.com.
I don’t know how good they are, but I know that there is free hosting for your domain.

Would be better to select a paid solution. Here’s some information about it :http://website-creation-tips.com/index.p…

I know godaddy.com has free hosting however they put ads at the very top of the page. Godaddy.com can host your site for $5 a month.
