What Is The Best Free Forum &/or Web Host?

Posted by: the_boz  :  Category: Free Hosting

Previous experience preferred, but not required; just general input or opinion. No flaming other services; just answer the question please. I found huge lists of free forum suppliers. Can be separate, just looking for [a] good host(s).
I’ve gotten this page:

I’m stuck between a few; but if it’s not here feel free to suggest. Only looking for ideas and suggestions. :)
