What Is The Best Free Website Hosting Site?

I created a website with the help of my sister using Dream weaver..I am looking for a safe free host to upload my site. I know of sites like Weebly, Wix ect. Where you can build websites but you can’t upload them..

Weeby’s hands down! http://www.weebly.com/ There sites are very professional looking and really easy to build. You can have a site and domain up in about 5 minutes. They are great if you have never built a site before as well.

I agree with webstarts as best. The user interface is quite good and there are tons of different designs and template you can choose from.
